Processing Times

Although most of our products ship within 24 hours of the purchase at our Minneapolis warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process before they are shipped. ** Please note we have no control over your package as soon as it is shipped. The items may take a little more time to reach your hands in specific conditions due to transit delays.     

Shipping Times

Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Please note that Holidays and Sundays are not included in business days.

We provide free economy shipping, and you can expect the delivery of your product(s) within 5-7 business days after processing. However, the product may take up to 10 business days to reach your hands under special circumstances. 

Shipping Rates

We offer free economy shipping for eCommerce items to all our customers at checkout. However, we also offer faster-paid shipping options to our customers for time-sensitive orders. Before you pay, you will see the total shipping cost on your checkout page, and you can choose the shipping fee accordingly.     

Order Tracking
