1. Do you have a try-and-buy service?

We do not provide a try-and-buy service. However, you can pay for what you like and return the product within 15 days.

2. How do I cancel the order I have placed?

Order can be canceled till the same is out of delivery. However, this may not be applicable for specific products. To cancel an order, go to the “My Order” section under the main menu, select the order you want to cancel, and your order will be canceled.

3. How to create a return request?

You can create a return in four simple steps -

  • Go to my orders
  • Choose the item to be returned
  • Enter details requested
  • Create a request for a return

4. When will the product be picked up after I have requested a return?

The number of days for pickup may vary as per the logistics team assigned to pick up your product. Your product will be picked up between 4-7 days

5. When will I get the refund?

The refund will be processed upon successful pick up as per the return policy.

6. How to get my order delivered faster?

Unfortunately, currently, we do not have any such service available to expedite the order delivery.

7. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed it. Update it under the “change address” option.

8. What are instant refunds?

Upon successfully picking up the returned product at your doorstep, we will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. Unfortunately, instant refunds are not available in a few select pin codes and all self-ship returns.
